Illegal waste storage was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Moskovskiy district of Kazan. As a result of construction and repair work, an area of 360 square meters was littered, and the volume of discarded garbage exceeded 650 cubic meters. With regard to the legal entity, a protocol was drawn up on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. A resolution was issued on appointment of a fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
At the time of arrival of the inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the development of subsoil was carried out on the area of 650 square meters, the volume of the extracted common mineral resources was 1,430 cubic meters.
