“Alabakulskiy Brick Factory” OOO will pay 300 thousand rubles for violation of the terms of subsoil use

The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan upheld the decision of the Priikskiy Territorial Administration on bringing “Alabakulskiy Brick Factory” OOO to administrative responsibility. For the failure to transfer the land plots to the appropriate category, the legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
