The smoke coming from the chimney attracted the attention of the Mendeleyevsk residents. They immediately reported this to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration who went to the site, found that the pipe was from the box used by the car service. For the failure to conduct an inventory of pollutant emissions and failure to register the facility on state registration, the individual entrepreneur was brought to administrative responsibility by state inspectors.
