Oil spill response equipment, rescuers and an ambulance also arrived at the scene of the accident. The driver was taken to the hospital.

Unauthorized waste storage was detected by inspectors of the Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the village of Popovka, Bavli district, within the framework of a sanitary and ecological two-month period. Household garbage and waste littered an area of 250 sq. m. The volume of the landfill was 150 cubic meters.
