The South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan won the trial against Fortuna, LLC. Legal proceedings with the offender were going on since 2020. Disagreeing with the decision, the legal entity appealed first to the Almetyevsk City Court, and then to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The complaint was dismissed by the courts of two instances.

2.6 thousand m3 of common minerals (sand) were illegally extracted on the territory of the wild sand pit in the Almetyevsk district. The fact of theft was recorded by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the help of a camera trap in October last year. As the inspectors explained, the actions of the perpetrators constitute a crime under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Excess standards for nitrites, ammonium and phosphates were detected repeatedly by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the wastewater of LLC "Vodokanal" in Leninogorsk. The results of the analysis of samples in the period from 2018 to 2019 became the basis for bringing the factory to administrative responsibility under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Today on the foreshore of the river Narimanka the inspectors of the South-Eastern territorial Department of Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan recorded the fact of illegal storage of dirty snow. Presumably, the snow masses were brought here from the territory of the production facility of one of the factories in Almetyevsk. If case presence of pollutants is confirmed, the violator faces administrative liability under Part 4 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan began checking the quality of wastewater discharged by one of the Leninogorsk enterprises back in January 2020. At the discharge point, samples were taken from the treatment facilities, which showed exceeding of the standards for ammonium by 1.6 times, nitrites - 9.4 times, phosphates - 18.3 times, chlorides - 2.4 times, sulfates - 2 times. On this fact, a protocol was drawn up against the legal entity on the commission of an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code.

An administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles was imposed on the organization by a court decision. The legal entity avoided fulfilling the requirements of inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, namely, did not provide the requested information on time. Failure to comply with the legal requirements of the official became an obstacle to the conduct of an administrative investigation under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan proved the guilt of the company, which allowed the dumping of waste on the soil in Almetyevsk. An administrative fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles was imposed on the violator.

Broken concrete products, plastic films, waste twigs and branches were revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Promyshlennaya street. The ecologists recorded the violation of environmental legislation using a quadrocopter during the raid. “This waste was dumped on the ground in the form of heaps, piles and is randomly located within the boundaries of the land plot with an area of 58 679 square meters”, ecologists said.

In Kazan, bailiffs collected a fine of 600 thousand rubles from Kazan Production Association. This was reported on the official website of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Tatarstan. Previously, the organization was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, part 2 8.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for soil contamination with oil products and failure to comply with the requirements for land improvement and soil protection.

The decision of the Almetyevsk City Court issued a ruling on the appointment of a fine in the amount of 100,000 rubles in respect of Agrotorg and X5-remont companies. As part of the investigation, environmentalists proved the involvement of companies in formation of a large-scale landfill of 2 thousand square meters in the Ursala microdistrict, Almetyevsk.
