An administrative fine of 30 thousand rubles was imposed by the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan against a Moscow company operating in Avtograd. For violation of the six-month period from the date of commissioning of the facility, the company was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8. 46 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. 

Violation of environmental legislation was discovered during a raid by inspectors of the Prekamsky Regional Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan near the village of Starye Gardali. The total area of the unauthorized snow dump was 370 sq. m. meters, volume - 480 cubic meters. Currently ecologists are conducting an administrative investigation. For unauthorized placement of snow dumps in accordance with Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, legal entities face a fine of 100 to 250 thousand rubles.

Residents of the eurovillage "Little Country" reported to the hotline of the Ministry about the discharge of wastewater in the Tukaevsky district . The concern of the citizens was caused by the yellowish color of the stream flowing near the "Alan" House of folk Art. Now based on that fact inspectors of Prekamsky regional administration of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan initiated administrative investigation for violation of article 8.45. Work to identify the source of the dump is in progress.

Restriction of the access to Shilna river was identified on the territory of the Maloshilninskiy rural settlement by employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry upon appeals of citizens. In the course of investigation, a violation of environmental legislation was found in relation to two land owners.

In order to form a responsible attitude to nature among schoolchildren, employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with Marina Kolpakova, an employee of the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, conducted an eco-lesson for pupils of "Yana Bulyakskaya Basic General Education School. At the time of arrival of the inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the development of subsoil was carried out on the area of ​​650 square meters, the volume of the extracted common mineral resources was 1,430 cubic meters. In general, the territory of disturbed lands was 1.7 hectares. For the revealed facts, legal entities were brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 7.3. of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, administrative fines of 600 thousand rubles were imposed against each of the companies.

The inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the violation of the requirements of environmental legislation at Orekhovo Lake in Sputnik SNT during the consideration of citizens' appeals. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the perpetrators according to Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
