Provided access to the lake on the order of the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology. Inspection on water protection zones in Nizhnekamsk

Zakamsk Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology received an appeal from residents of Nizhnekamsk. Summer residents complained about a neighbor who installed the mesh fence in the water protection zone, thus preventing free access to the local lake and other garden areas. During the visit of the inspectors a report was drawn up in accordance with Art. 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation: Non-compliance with the provision of free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip. The owner of the site, who installed the fence, was given an order to demolish the fence in the shortest possible time.

During re-visit, the inspectors found tha the violation was eliminated.
