Contest "Best Inspector of the Federal Protected Areas" started

Applications are accepted for participation in the contest "The Best Inspector of the Federal Protected Areas", which is organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the National Fund "Wild Country". Participants can become employees of the departments of protection of state nature reserves and national parks, who have worked in the reserve system for at least 5 years.

The coontest is held in 4 nominations:

- "Wolfhound" (identification and encouragement of state inspectors, who achieved the most significant results in operational work to combat poaching and other violations);

- "The Case of the Year" (encouragement of state inspectors, whose successful actions revealed the most egregious facts of environmental violations, and the perpetrators were brought to justice);

- "Old campaigner" (encouragement of state inspectors who have worked in this PA for at least 10 years and who have high results in inspector's work);

- "The bird can be seen by its flight ..." (encouragement of state inspectors of no more than 30 years at the time of application, which showed high results in inspector's work).

For participation, it is necessary to send an application to the e-mail address before August 30: ohrana_OOPT@mail.ru. The application should include the following information:

- Full name;

- year of birth;

- position;

- education, specialty (diploma, if any);

- year of the beginning of work in the reserve, including in the position held;

- passing of courses, seminars of improvement of professional skill (their themes);

- nomination for which the application is submitted.

The results of the competition will be announced in early September this year. The names of the best inspectors of the federal specially protected natural territories will be called September 29, 2017.
