Tatarstan was the first to present game Ecoculture as part of Year of Ecology.

Game “Ecoculture was for the first time the presented in Tatarstan today. The game is aimed at increasing environmental awareness among people and contributing to a careful attitude to the environment. The new project was presented by the deputy head of Rosprirodnadzor Ramil Nizamov. “This format will help to awaken the non-standard and creative potential of students, activate their intellectual and creative abilities and cognitive interest in issues of ecology, local lore and environmental protection,” said Ramil Nizamov.
 Tatarstan became a dense region, where this system of environmental education will be introduced. The game will be a non-standard format of an eco-educational project, the goal of which is environmental education of schoolchildren. The first game was tested by students of the Raifa secondary school.
The event was held in the arboretum of the Volga-Kama State Natural Biosphere Reserve of the Republic of Tatarstan.
