“Heavy artillery” came out to fight. 100 units of special equipment declared war on illegal dumps in Kazan

3 thousand tons of garbage were removed today from the territory of the city of Kazan. Particular attention was given to hard-to-reach places – ravines and forests. Where the technique could not pass, garbage was collected by people. KAMAZ trucks, loaders, excavators – organizations and enterprises of Tatarstan provided about a hundred units of special equipment. They were given special coupons, according to which the landfills Samosyrovo and Vozrozhdenie received waste for free. More than 30 places of unauthorized waste disposal have been eliminated.
Violators of environmental law will not go unpunished. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan compiled administrative materials on art. 8.2. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation: Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, ozone depleting substances, or other dangerous substances.
Activities to identify and eliminate places of unauthorized waste disposal will continue within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month campaign.
