Residents of Almetyevsk suggested the head of the district to make an orchard in the city. “Public space will not only beautify our city, but also improve the ecological situation,” people said about the advantages. The idea of ​​landscaping the territory was announced at the regional seminar “The Year of Ecology in Almetyevsk”. The event was attended by the employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of Ecology and Nature Management of the Almetyevsky Municipal District. Employees of the South-Eastern TA noted that the creation of a fruit garden can become a pilot project for the modern landscape gardening of the city. The trees can be planted along the streets, near schools, and on the waterfront. Every inhabitant of Almetyevsk can join the planting of seedlings.
