Duty to nature will not let abroad! Resident of Apastovsky District is recognized as a restricted traveler.

28 March 2017, Tuesday

Restrictions on traveling abroad are imposed on the resident of the Apastovsky District for an unpaid fine for environmental violation. In July 2016, he was brought to administrative responsibility by the employees of the Volga Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Use of Subsoil without a License for Subsoil Use”. For unauthorized extraction of sand, the inspector of Volga TA made a decision to recover an administrative finefrom the offender. But the “black digger” ignored the decision of environmentalists, so the inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of RT applied to the bailiff-executor of the Bailiffs Department for the Buinsky, Apastovsky and Kaibitsky districts of Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan. The offender, objecting to the claims of the plaintiff, persistently rejected the decision and the bailiff. Failure to comply with the requirements of the executive document by the “digger” led to the imposition of restrictions on travel outside of Russia. This decision was made by the Apastovsky District Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
