Factsof production wastes incineration revealed on territory of Autograd

Two offenders in NaberezhnyeChelny were identified by the inspector of the Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the course of monitoring the Lesotsekh district on Sadovodcheskaya str. 16 the fact of burning wastes of production and consumption was revealed, which is a violation of art. 51 of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” of 10.01.2002, No. 7-FZ. Against the legal entity LLC“Promvest” the record has been drawn up in accordance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary and epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, substances that deplete the ozone layer or other hazardous substances”) and the administrative penalty of 100,000roubles has been imposed. The second environmental offender was found on the Sadovodcheskayastr. 18, where the inspectors found a violation of the “Rules for the improvement of the municipal entity of the city of NaberezhnyeChelny”, namely, the legal entity LLCTatvtorchermetconducted burning of production and consumption waste (recycled cars). Against the legal entity, a report has been drawn up under Art. 3.6 of the Code of Administrative Violations of RT (“Violation of municipal rules for the improvement of settlements and urban areas, municipal rules for waste management”), the materials of the case were have been for consideration to the Administrative Commission of the Executive Committee of NaberezhnyeChelny.
