For two months in 2017, Tatarstan bailiffs collected 1.5 million rubles for environmental violations

In Tatarstan, in January-February, 2017, bailiffs collected more than 1.5 million rubles for environmental violations and completed 265 executive proceedings, according to the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service for Tatarstan. Thus, the bailiffs of Aznakaev department, using coercive measures in the form of arrest for special equipment, recovered more than 120 thousand rubles from the enterprise engaged in the construction and repair of oil and gas wells in favour of the republican Environmental Management Department. In Chistopol, also after the foreclosure on the property of the debtor organization, a payment of more than 100 thousand rubles was paid for environmental violations.

The main recoverers are: Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, RosPrirodNadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Department for State Control, Surveillance and Protection of Aquatic Biological Resources, Federal Agency for Fisheries in the Republic of Tatarstan.
