Resident of Muslumovocan not go abroad through debts to nature

17 March 2017, Friday
Restrictions on traveling abroad are imposed on the resident of Muslyumovo for an unpaid fine for environmental violation. In May 2016, he was prosecuted for violation of Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other dangerous substances”, under art. 8.21 part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Emission of harmful substances into the atmospheric air or harmful physical impact on it without special permission”, Art. 8.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Non-compliance with environmental requirements in the implementation of urban development and operation of enterprises, facilities or other objects”. Let us remind that in January 2017, for failing to pay an administrative fine on time (Part 1, Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), the World Judge of Judicial point No. 1 in the Muslyumovsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan already pronounced a verdict against a 57-year-old citizen. The guilty person was sentenced to 60 hours of correctional works. The offender, disagreeing with the decision of the court, appealed to the City Court of Muslumov District. The court upheld the decision of the inspectors of the Priik TA of the Ministry of Ecology. At the expiration of the term of payment of the fine, the inspector submitted an application for making an order on the temporary restriction on the departure of the debtor from the Russian Federation. The Muslyumov District Department of Bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service in RT satisfied the suit of the Ministry of Ecology in full.   Press Service of MENR of RT
