All-Russian internet-conference “Waste managementin Russia: practical issues”on March 29

Internet-conference “Waste management in Russia: practical issues” will be held by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation on March 29, 2017. The event is organized with a goal to improve the efficiency of state policy in the field of waste management. Theconference will be attended by representatives of federal bodies, executive authorities of the federal subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as business, scientific and public organizations.

The internet-conference includes the following activities:

• Plenary session “Coordination of actions of federal and regional authorities in ensuring the development of the waste processing industry” (09.00-12.30), where representatives of the Ministry, other federal bodies, executive authorities of the federal subjects of Russia, business, scientific and public organizations will report on the ongoing changes and acquired positive experience in the area of ​​reforming the waste-processing industry

• Round table No.1 “Successful technological projects in the field of waste management” (13.30-15.30), where representatives of executive authorities of the federal subjects of Russia, representatives of business, scientific and public organizations will report on new and most significant projects

• Round table No.2 “Implementation of new regulatory schemes in the field of waste management” (13.30-15.30), where representatives of state authorities, business, scientific and public organizations, successfully implementing new schemes or providing their technical support, will report

• Round table No.3 “Organic wastemanagement” (15.30-17.30), where representatives of Russian and foreign companies and organizations implementing or supervising projects in the field of organic waste management will report

• Round table No.4 “Technological support of waste management reform” (15.30-17.30), where representatives of Russian and foreign companies and organizations specializing in technical support of the waste management industry will report.
