The impact of human activities on nature, water bodiespollution, formation of garbage dumps – these and other environmental problems were discussed today by the students of the Cheremshanschool No. 2 during the ECO-lesson. The event was organized by the teachers of the educational institution together with the First Deputy Chief of the Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan AyratGarayev, the head of the Cheremshan district FerdinatDavletshin, inspectors of the South-East Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The ecological and educational event, devoted to the theme of environmental pollution, was held in a game-like form. The students were divided into two teams and competed in an intellectual game. During the event, the children showed deep knowledge in ecology, which was noted by the inspectors of the South-Eastern TA. “Students in the intellectual game showed their curiosity and interest in environmental problems. They understand that a person’s indifferent attitude to environmental pollution can lead to large-scale consequences. Most importantly, they know how to preventit,” – the environmentalists noted.
A high level of knowledge about the surrounding world was promoted by the ecological activities in the school. Students annually take part in the environmental activities of the school and the district: environmental conferences, actions, competitions, clean-ups, planting trees. “Nature is everything that surrounds us: flowers and trees, rivers and forests. We must love, protect and protect nature”, – schoolchildren said.
