5,691 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year
In 11 months, 5,691 messages were received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception. Of these, 5,315 appeals are 93.3% of all received appeals, which have already been resolved.
Most of the questions were registered in the Ministry's online reception - 2,580. 1,758 messages were received in the School Eco-patrol application. 1,182 requests were received in the People's Control system and 171 on the POC feedback platform.
Tatarstan residents most often complain about unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2,917 reports (1,758 of which were received through the School Eco-patrol application). Residents complained 895 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 571 times about the quality of water, and 1,265 times about other issues. There were also 43 complaints about CUM.
