Young scientists of Tatarstan will be able to take part in study of geological objects of the Khakassia

IV All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical School-Conference “Earth Sciences. Modern state” will be held in the Republic of Khakassia. The event will be held from July 31 to August 6, 2017 on the basis of the training base“Shira” of the geological and geophysical faculty of Novosibirsk State University (NSU). Students, postgraduates, young scientists, and specialists under the age of 35 are allowed to participate in the conference. The program includespresentations and master-classes of leading scientists working in various fields of geology; Field excursions on interesting geological objects.

The main directions (sections) of the conference:

• Regional geology and tectonics;

• Geology of mineral deposits;

• Petrology and mineralogy;

• Lithology and sedimentology;

• Geology and geochemistry of oil and gas;

• Hydrogeology and geoecology;

• Paleontology and stratigraphy;

• Geophysics and geomechanics;

• GIS and DZ in Earth Sciences.

 It is planned to publish the materials of the conference on an electronic medium. Conference materials are indexed in the RSCI database.
