From students to environmentalists. Experts of Kama TA help students of NaberezhnyeChelnyin choosing a profession.

The practice-based lesson was conducted for students of secondary schools No.58 and No.35 of NaberezhnyeChelnyby the specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Head of Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control of Kama Territorial Administration FauziaFalyahova told the students about the duties of the inspector of the Ministry of Ecology, acquainted with the methods and devices of SIAC, explained the importance of the environment monitoring (air, water, and soil protection, waste production and consumptioncontrol). Theoretical material was accompanied by practical activities. Students asked questions on the topic of environmental protection in the Republic of Tatarstan, uniqueness of the tools used inthe analytical control laboratory, school environmental projects and actions.

Specialists of the Ministry of Ecologyregularlyhold environmental activities for school students. At the end of January 2017, Tatarstan lead in the number of students who participated in environmental classes. Calculations were made by the organizers of the “All-Russian reserve lesson”. In Tatarstan ECO-lessonwas held for 9897 students. Chuvashia comes second with 9385 students. Third is St. Petersburg, 7242 students.

Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology Tatarstan conduct the lessons to spread environmental awareness among the younger generation, educate responsible attitude towards natural resources and the environment, formecological outlook of the younger generationand professional orientation of schoolchildren.
