Environmentalistsheld educational event dedicated to World Dayof Wetlands in Aznakaevo gymnasium

Specialists ofPriiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecologyand natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held ecological lesson today in MBOU “Gymnasium ofAznakayevo” dedicated to the World Day of Wetlands. During the lesson the gymnasium students learned interesting information about ecosystem: how marshes form, their flora and fauna, value of wetlands for human activity. “Wetlands are a necessary part of nature as forests and meadows, and they must be protected too. Destruction of wetlands will change the nature of the entire planet” – environmentalists noted. Specialists ofthe Ministry of Ecologyof the Republic of Tatarstan regularly conduct ECO-lessons. There are aimed to spread environmental awareness among the younger generation of the republic, bring up a responsible attitude towards natural resources and the environment.     Press-service of MENR of RT
