Modernization is greening. Number of Tatarstan enterprises to sign agreements to reduce environmentload

“Today majority of Russian companies understand the importance of, and responsible approach to greening their technologies”, – saidArtemSidorov, Head of RosPrirodNadzor,at the final meeting of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of RT and the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources for the Republic of Tatarstan. For those who do not understand the need for modernization all the leverages will be applied, Sidorov stressed, noting that there are no such enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan, and never will. The Head of RosPrirodNadzor reported that in the Year of Ecology the agreements on cooperation with the largest companies of the countrywere signed,aimed to reduce loadon all environmental components. Traditionally, Tatarstanoccupies a leading position. The agreementswith a number of major companies of the republicare about to be signed. Among them PJSC “Tatneft”, PJSC “KAMAZ”, PJSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”, JSC “TAIF-NK”, PJSC “Kazanorgsintez”. “There’s only one goal,– said ArtemSidorov, – the environmental effect of the production modernization should be equally well understood by all the parties concerned, first of all, I mean people of our country, our citizens”.
