Muslumovo resident imposed to corrective works for breaches of environmental legislation

60 hours of corrective works– this is apenaltyfor the resident ofMuslyumov district for violation of environmental legislation. In May 2016 he was prosecuted for violation of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code “Violation of environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for handling production and consumption waste, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other hazardous substances”, according to the Art.8.21 p.1 of the Administrative Code “Release of harmful substances into the air or harmful physical impact on it without special permission”, according to the Art.8.1 of the Administrative Code “Violation of environmental requirements to the implementation of urban development activities and operation of enterprises, structures, and other facilities”. The total amount of the fine was 52 thousand rubles. For the failure to timely pay the administrative fine (Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Administrative Code) the magistrate of the judicial district No.1 on Muslyumov judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstanhas delivered its verdict against 57y.o. citizen. The guilty was imposed to corrective works.
