School and university students can take part in ECO-contest and create “green” technologies

School and university students are invited to participate in the All-Russian contest “Green technologies through the eyes of the young”.

The contest is held in two stages: in absentia and in presentio. Applications and abstracts for participation inabsentia stage of the contestare accepted until 15 May.

The package of abstracts is built in two categories:

“Green technologies through the prism of environmental monitoring” – statement of the problem, description of the methods used for environmental monitoring and study of their practicability, stages of environmental monitoring, reasoned conclusions;

“Printed and video materials about green technologies” – the author’s articles with photographs, the video filmed about the manufacturing process, interviews with official persons of the enterprise, results of a survey of consumers of the products manufactured by theenterprise;

The participants who successfully passinabsentiastage are invited on in presentiostage, which will be held in late October in Moscow. At this stage, the contestants will present their works using presentation materials.

The materials of the most interesting studies and their results will be published on the Internet and in the media. Enterprises and products recognized by the Contest winners asthe best representatives of “green technologies” will be awarded by the All-Russian social children eco-movement “Green Planet”.
