“Walking on nature reserves inTatarstan”.Eco-walk of environmentalists and high-school students ofAznakaevo.

What are nature reserves? What are they for? What are the national parks in Tatarstan? These and other questions were answered today by specialists of Priiksky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Students of MBOU “College ofAznakaevo”together with environmentalists went to eco-tour “Walking in nature reserves of the Republic of Tatarstan”. “On the territory of Tatarstan, as in many areas throughout Russia, there are nature reserves and historical reserve museums that preserve the original state of the unique natural and historical places. The natural-reserve fund of the Republic of Tatarstan includes more than 150 specially protected natural objects, among them: Volga-Kama State biosphere reserve (Zelenodolsk district,Laishevo district); National park “Lower Kama” (Elabugaand Tukaevodistrict); 24 state nature reserves of regional level of different type”, – the environmentaliststold. Children were solving riddles, puzzles, crosswords, guessing animals by their description. “Nature is our home, a treasure of resources, a source of raw materials and energy on the Earth. But its riches are exhaustible and often irreplaceable, so they need protection, –students noticed. The purpose of the event is to expand the outlook of students, arouse interest to the surrounding world, develop attention, thinking, and foster respect for nature.
