Experts of Ministry of Ecology to render advice to entrepreneurs.
Before March 1, 2017 the small and medium-sized enterprises must submit reports on the wasteformation, use, detoxification, and disposal.
Since January 9, 2017 the specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan are ready to render advice to the small and medium-sized enterprises which are required to submit reports on the waste formation, use, detoxification, and disposal before March 1, 2017.
The reporting is required to clearly understand what kind of waste and in what quantities is produced, and to which specialized organizations such waste is moved in accordance with the concluded agreements. It is necessary for the development of measuresto reduce the negative impact of waste on the environment, reduce the amount of waste production, and reduce the amount of waste buried at the waste disposal sites. The activity will also contribute to the prevention of unauthorized waste disposal.
The reports must be submitted to the Ministry no later than March 1, 2017.
The Ministry accepts and controls the Reporting in its 8 local offices which receive the reports and also provide advice on filling out the required information.

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On WasteProduction and Consumption”, the small and medium-sized enterprises annually submit to the authorized state bodies the reporting on waste formation, recycling, detoxification,and disposal (hereinafter Reporting). The small and medium-sized enterprises, subject to the regional state environmental supervision, must annually submit Reporting to the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, while the small and medium enterprisesof federal level – to RosPrirodNadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Reporting is made on the basis of data of primary waste accounting. These records must be organized in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Federal Law “On WasteProduction and Consumption” and the Order of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources as of 01.09.2011 No. 721 “On approval of the waste accounting in the field of waste management.”
