Objects that have a negative impact on the environment must be put on the public record before January 1, 2017

Prior to January 1, 2017, all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs have to put on state account their facilities, have a negative impact on the environment.

The electronic form of the application for registration, as well as clarifications on its filling, are freely available on the official website of Rosprirodnadzor (rpn.gov.ru). Users of natural resources subject to the regional state environmental supervision sent the completed application electronically through the e-mail service is hosted on the website of Rosprirodnadzor, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the absence of the electronic digital signature, you must also submit the application in paper form (signed and stamped) in one of the eight regional offices of the Ministry.

Effective work on the formulation of objects that have a negative impact on the state account, is of great importance to obtain the most accurate information on the volume and type of the negative impact exerted on specific areas, thus more effectively carry out work to ensure the ecological safety of territories.
