Moscow to host 14th international exhibition “Resources-2017. Exploration.Surveying. Mining”
From 28 to 30 March, 2017, the 14th International Exhibition “Resources-2017. Exploration.Surveying. Mining” will be held in theV.I. VernadskyState Geological Museum of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The event is organized since 2004 by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use, the Russian Geological Society, with the support of specialized committees of the Federation Council and State Duma of the FA RF, the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Oil and Gas Producers.
Main sections of the exhibition:
• Exploration onshore and offshore;
• Geophysics, seismic survey,interpretation;
• Regional geology, geomonitoring, geoinformatics, metrology;
• Technologies, equipment, and tools for mineral exploration;
• Machinery and equipment for mining industry, mines, ore processing plants;
• Hydrogeology; gems and diamondsof Russia;
• Occupational health, safety, geo-ecology.
The business and cultural program of the exhibition will include scientific and technological events on the development of strategies and the use of mineral resources base of Russia, contests among students and graduates of specialized schools, geological song festival named “People go around the world”, presentations, and other events.
The exhibition “Resources” is the traditional meeting place of authoritative experts from leading companies, the center of attraction of new ideas and technologies in the field of subsoil use, technical and technological support of exploration and mining activities.
