Issues of attracting federal funds to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 werediscussed in the Ministry of Ecology
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the working group devoted to attraction of federal funds into the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017. The event was attended by the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of 7th convocation FatihSibagatullin, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of TatarstanInsafGaliullin, First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Emir Bedertdinov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Councilof the Republic of Tatarstan on ecology,environmental management, agriculture, and food policy RinatGaizatullin, leading advisor of financing economic branchesof the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Anna Petrova, Head of PTO FSBI “Sredvolgavodhoz” Olga Petrukhina, and Rail Shamsutdinov,assistant of deputy of Russian State Duma F.S.Sibagatullin.
During the meeting the following issues were discussed: the possibility of increasing the area of protective forest plantations and, accordingly, increasingof funding from the federal budgetfor developing these plantations, the allocation of funding from the federal budget for the implementation of the project “Research and Production Center“Russia’s forests”, the level of co-financing of the federal budget under the federal target programs, etc. “Forest has a great significance for the soil and water protection. And it is relevant for the Republic of Tatarstan, where dissected relief and plowed farmland make up more than 77 percent. To enhance protection of soils from water and wind erosion, the ecological conditions in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also to meet the forthcoming Year of Ecology we should consider the possibility of increasing the area of protective forest plantations”,FatihSibagatullinsummed up in the end of the meeting.
