The facilities that have a negative impact on the environment must be registered inthe State recording. All details of it were discussed today during the All-Russian conference call with the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and heads of territorial bodies of the RosPrirodNadzor. The meeting was attended by Farid Abdulganiyev, theMinister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan,and Farit Khairutdinov, the managing director of the RosPrirodNadzor in RT. Let us recall, that before January 1, 2017, all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs mustregisterin the State recordingtheir facilities which have a negative impact on the environment. The electronic form of the corresponding application and explanation on its filling are freely on the official website of the RosPrirodNadzor http://rpn.gov.ru/. The subsoil users subject to the regional state environmental supervision shall submit the completed application in electronic form by the electronic service on the website of theRosPrirodNadzor, to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also submit the saidapplication in paper form to the corresponding territorial department of the Ministry.
