Kazan school children participated in ECO-lesson

Ecological lesson was held at Zh.A. Zaitseva Kazan High School No.122. Yuliya Saferova, the Leading specialist of the Department for environmental awareness and interaction with non-governmental organizations of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, told the children about the respect for nature, responsibility for preservation of its wealth and beauty. The lesson was given as an interactive game. This model of lesson helps to develop the cognitive activity of children, deepens knowledge of the native land and surrounding world, and forms positive moral values. ECO-lessons are held by the officers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on regular base. They are aimed at the spread of environmental awareness among the young generation of the republic, fostering a responsible attitude towards natural resources and environment.
