The specialists of the Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan sampled water in the Noxa River in the village Bolshie Klyki today. As a reminder, a message had been received right before that by the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology on unpleasant odor in the area of the water facility. The citizens of the village said that violent streams of water flowing into the forest and the Noxa river could be the cause. Inspectors and specialists of the laboratory under the Ministry of Ecology went to visit the site immediately. "A site of discharge of sewage waters from the well of the collecting pipe near the village Bolshie Klyki was revealed between Building No. 2 on Glushko str. and the Noxa River. Sewage water flows into the Noxa River along the local landscape through the forestland. The damaged area where the drainage outpoured made up 3,600 square meters. The instrumental samples of damaged soil were drawn at the site of discharge, the sewage water was sampled at the site of discharge, and the natural water was sampled at the site of mixing - upstream and downstream. In order to find all the causes and conditioned promoting such violation of the nature protection legislation, as well as to identify the persons involved in this cause, an administrative case was initiated under Article 8.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Th results of the analyses, as well as the materials reviewing the implemented measures will be referred to the Kazan Interdistrict Nature Protection Prosecutor's Office", – told Deputy Head of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology Almaz Ismagilov.
