        The solemn opening of the "Eco-assets" project has been recently held in Naberezhnye Chelny. The project is implemented to form ecological mindset in students, and to develop the culture of consumption waste management, and it is held under the auspices of the Naberezhnye Chelny Department of the All-Russian Ecological Movement "No. More. Litter" in cooperation with the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. "Efficient ecological education is the most important condition of successful solution of any nature protection task. The most perfect legislation, implementation of the advanced scientific developments and technologies in the field of nature protection is always most efficient if it is accompanied by active and well-planed educational work. Development of ecological culture, ecological education and upbringing of the citizens is one of our common tasks. The Ministry of Ecology always supports development of various ecological projects and ecology-oriented events", acknowledged Oksana Kolesova, Deputy Head of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The "Eco-assets" project is the initial stage of the socially important ecological and educational program for the academic year 2016-2017.

Specialists of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, experts of the Department for Education and Youth Affairs of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, representatives of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute under Kazan Federal University, fellow workers of "PromIndustriya" LLC, "Volga Ecological Company" LLC, as well as representatives of the municipal autonomous institution "Youth Center 'Orion'", active participants of ecological associations, and students of educational institutions of Chelny and Tukaevo district participated in the event.
