On October 22nd the citizens of Chelny will participate in the municipal Saturday work campaign

The municipal Saturday work campaign on cleaning and beautification of territories will be held on October 22nd in Naberezhnye Chelny. Representatives of companies, organizations and authorities of the city, as well as about 16 thousand of citizens will participate in the event. It is planned to clean the entire city from leaves and waste by October 31st. The territory to be cleaned makes up 3,332 ha — moreover, it is planned to plant 50 thousand trees and bushes, and to cut 4 thousand trees and 18 thousand bushes. It is also planned to repair sports grounds and children's grounds.The aim of the event is to bring the territory of the city on the threshold of cold weather into compliance with the requirements of ecological and sanitary & epidemiological safety of the population.
