Three thousand carps will be placed into Nizhnekamsk Water Reservoir by active citizens of Naberezhnye Chelny

Three thousand two-year-old carps will be placed into the Kama. The event will take place on October 11th near Izhovka village (in the area of the health resort "Izhminvody"). The campaign on the stocking of Nizhnekamsk Water Reservoir with fish is held by active participants of the group "Clean waters of Russia". "The citizens decided to help nature several months ago. Since May, the active citizens have collected 400 thousand rubles to purchase young fish species by holding various campaigns and attracting sponsoring companies. “Fish biologists(there is an Institute in Kazan) recommended we bought young species of carp. Since this fish is the most unpretentious species when it comes to the water temperature differences, and it reproduces well in our environment. We purchased three thousand two-year-old fish at the Kaybitsy fish farm. Professional ecological specialists determined the site where to place the fish, as well as the amount of young species", told a participant of the ecological movement Anna Schekotova. Another part of collected money will go to analogous goals, but it will happen a bit later.  It is planned to stock with fish the Lekarevsky pond in the area of Elabuga.
