A campaign on collection of waste paper and plastic bottles will be held in Kazan

Waste paper, PE containers and other waste will be collected in Kazan on October 5-6th. Waste will be collected from 9 am to 3 pm at two venues: at the parking lot of the Executive Committee of Kazan (Baturina str.), as well as at the parking lot of the Committee of the Housing and Utilities Services of Kazan (11 Kremlevskaya str.).

On October 6th, the citizens will also be able to bring waste from 9 am to 3 pm to the parking lot of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan (75 Pavlyukhina str.), as well as the parking lot of the managing company of Privolzhsky district (17 Ippodromnaya str.).

The citizens of Kazan will also be able to bring other waste (rags, PE, plastic fuel cans, containers from household chemicals and etc.).

Moreover, 4 venues for collection of recyclable materials are permanently available in Kazan. From Monday to Saturday, the citizens will be able to bring recyclable materials to the reception stations on the intersection of Musina and Chuykova streets (from 8 am to 6 pm), on 7 Energetikov str. (from 8 am to 4 pm), on 9 Mavlyutova str. (from 8 am to 4 pm), and on 62 Fuchika str. (from 8 am to 4 pm). They told at Chistaya sreda LLC that in the nearest future it is planned to open 25 more reception stations. The event is organized by the Executive Committee of Kazan. The campaign is aimed at attraction of attention of the citizens of Kazan to the problems of ecology and recycling, as well as at encouragement of careful attitude to nature.
