Participants of the exhibition in Chelny "House of Graphics" urge to use eco-bags instead of PE bags.

An exhibition "House of Graphics" of the creative workshop n.a. Alexander Khaldeev is held in Naberezhnye Chelny in the small hall of the Art Gallery to feature graphic pieces of work executed using various techniques of printed graphics: monotyping, carton cut, linoleum printing, collagraphy and carborundum printmaking. Not only do the visitors get an opportunity to enjoy the art, but they can also participate in the artistic and ecological project "Eco-bag". By choosing a bag made of natural cotton cloth, anyone who feels like it can draw an original ornament  using acrylic paint in various techniques or using a printing press.  "PE bags do more harm than good", acknowledge specialists of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. -  The half-life of PE varies from 400 to 1,000 years. There are various analogues in the modern world, for instance, re-usable eco-bags. Refusal of PE bags to eco-bags is the first step in the fight for the ecological health of the planet. In terms of convenience, eco-bags are just as good as bags: they are light-weight and comfortable, they can be folded to small sizes and they can be carried around just in case of unexpected shopping".

The exhibition will last until September 25, 2016.
