"Ecological education is very important when it comes to the personal development". The lesson of ecological knowledge was held today at Kazan boarding school

The beginning of autumn, solemn lineup, fanfare, decorated school hall and, of course, the first school bell. On the Knowledge Day, ecological specialists participated in the solemn lineup of the specialized remedial secondary boarding school No. 4 in Kazan. The campaign started with the welcoming word of the leading specialist of the Department of Ecological Education and Interaction with Public Organizations under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elena Gilmizyanova. "This year is a special year for the boarding school that celebrates its 50th anniversary. Moreover, the school is included in the encyclopedia "Talented children  are the future of Russia".  I would like to mention that we have been cooperating for more than 15 years now, and pupils of school are active participants of ecological events held by the Ministry of Ecology", she said.  "Long-term cooperation connects the boarding school with the Ministry of Ecology", told Headmaster of the State Budgetary Educational Institution "Kazan boarding school No. 4"      Lutsiya Samatova.  - "Not only do we hold such joint campaigns, but we also participate in ecological campaigns and ecological contests. Such events are very interesting for our pupils". She also added that eco-oriented events promote development of a citizen and a patriot of the motherland: "Ecological education is very important when it comes to the personal development". After the solemn part, ecological specialists held an ecological lesson for the pupils of the 1st form - the children made a trip to the world of nature and learnt what role a man plays in the environment protection.

 The event is carried out to advocate ecological knowledge and upbring the young generation, to enhance the level of ecology-related knowledge, to foster careful attitude in children to the nature of the motherland, to form ecology-oriented mindset, and to support the development of the system for continuous ecological education and enlightenment in the Republic of Tatarstan.
