Public inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology inspected today the sanitary state of Novo-Savinsky and Moscovsky distrcts of Kazan

An ecological raid took place today at Novo-Savinsky and Moscovsky districts of Kazan. Public inspectors together with the experts of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and NaturaL Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a series of violations on Golubyatnikova and Dekabristov Str. "Mainly we are speaking of littered territories and unauthorized placement of waste, whereby the owners of the land plots will bear the appropriate liability under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation", reported Almaz Ismagilov, Deputy Head of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.  - "Today, public inspectors detected a series of violations of the nature protection legislation related to production and consumption waste. Moreover, they control compliance with the water protection legislation and reveal illegal extraction of mineral resources. The materials are referred to the State Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for further implementation of administrative measures". 

As a reminder, starting 2015, the Center of public inspectors has been arranged at the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan, and they help the State Inspectors reveal and register any violations of the nature protection legislation. Currently, more than 150 public inspectors work in Tatarstan. This year they have already revealed more than 1,000 violations, which makes up about 30% of the total count. Starting September 15, 2016, the work of public inspectors will be enhanced. Their task is to bring the territory of Tatarstan into an appropriate sanitary state before the season of rains and cold weather.
