Ecological specialists in Naberezhnye Chelny held a master class for the children attending the nursery "Veselye Notki" ("Merry notes")

"We are surrounded by nature, and we are the friends of nature!" - an ecological and educational event for the children attending nursery No. 66 "Veselye Notki" was held in Naberezhnye Chelny under this slogan. Fellow workers of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a master class for the children to foster careful attitude of the latter to nature of the motherland and start forming an ecology-oriented mindset from the early childhood. The leading specialist of the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ekaterina Lesnova, told the children about operation of a mobile laboratory, and control of emission of pollutants into the air. "The problem of ecological upbringing of pupils is not new, it has been rather well covered both in theory and in practice of pre-school education, but many theoretical and practical results do not diminish the importance and relevance of this problem. Ecological upbringing of children is not possible without direct interaction with the surrounding world. Natural surrounding in a nursery is the most powerful impetus to develop cognitive skills, foster moral and aesthetic education; it is also a way to relieve emotional tension, and improve health owing to prolonged playing outdoors", acknowledged the experts of the Ministry of Ecology. The campaign was designed to disseminate ecological knowledge and upbring the young generation, to foster careful attitude in children to the natural resources and the environment, and to support the development of the system for continuous ecological education and enlightenment in the Republic of Tatarstan.
