An ECO-project Selet: about 6,000 talented children and talented youth will obtain knowledge in the field of ecology

About 6 thousand talented children and talented youth from all districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, a dozen of Russian regions, as well as fellow nationals from the Near and Far abroad will be able to receive knowledge in the field of ecology. "From ecology of the soul to ecology of nature" is the key topic of this year's V International Youth Educational Forum "Selet". "The Selet Project will become 'green'. One of the tasks of the Forum for the Ministry of Ecology is to attract public inspectors from the number of participants of 'Selet'", acknowledged the Minister for Ecology, Farid Abdulganiev, "these are the citizens who help the Ministry on a voluntary basis. We expect that by the end of the summer, each sixth case from the total number of administrative cases elaborated by the Ministry of Ecology will be based on the data provided by public inspectors".

Separate waste collection will be arranged in the territory of the camping site, and in a specially equipped pavilion will allow every participant and guest to find out many new and interesting things about ecology and careful attitude to nature. Another novelty: anyone will be able to charge a mobile phone by sitting on a special generating bicycle and cycling - thus, owing to the accumulated solar energy, the device will be charged. Moreover, an installation - a mobile ecological courtyard - will be arranged.

Th V International Youth Educational Forum Selet will be held in the territory of Bilyarsky reserve museum, the official opening is planned for July 10th.
