Ecological specialists met with participants of the program of the Russian-American School

A meeting with participants of the program of the Russian-American School arranged by the Institute for Ecology and Nature Use under the Kazan Federal University was held today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.  Operation of the automated station for air pollution control and mobile laboratories were presented during the meeting.  The First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Kamalov, familiarized with the local system for surveillance over the state of the environment, as well as operation of the Geo-information System "Ecological map of the Republic of Tatarstan". A round table was held within the framework of the meeting regarding management of natural resources and nature protection in the Republic of Tatarstan.
