The Ministry of Ecology and members of the Russian Geographical Society are detecting the most littered territories along the Kazanka River. This is the first ecological rafting along the river

This is the first time the ecological rafting along the river Kazanka started on Blue Lake. Over the course of two days, members of the youth team of the Russian Geographical Society and hard-of-hearing adolescents participating in the social project "Expanding the boundaries", as well as the members of the underwater research team of the Russian Geographical Society n.a. Alexey Leonov will inspect the shores of the Kazanka River to detected littered sites. According to the experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Saturday work campaigns and other cleaning-related activities will be organized here later. Cleaning of the "Nizhnee Zarech'e" beach will be the climax of the event. Both the recreation territory and the bottom of the water body will be cleaned from litter. Representatives of the public organization "Little princesses of Tatarstan" also joined the campaign. All who feel like it are invited to participate in the cleaning campaign. Time and venue: July 7th, 10 a.m., Kazan 1 Nizhezarechenskaya Dam (behind the restaurant "Cruise").

The campaign is devoted to the Year of Water Protection Areas in the Republic of Tatarstan. 

The campaign was organized by the Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization "Russian Geographical Society" in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
