Winners of the "ECOVOLGA-2016" contest became ecological specialists for one day

Today, winners of the "ECOVOLGA-2016" contest went on a tour across the Volga aboard the eco-analytical vessel "Flamingo". Fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan familiarized them with operation of the eco-analytical vessel "equipped with the system of dip sensors ensuring continuous measurement at two depths of the main physical and chemical water parameters, which allowed to control the state of water within the shortest time possible”. During the second part of the event, instructors of the Tatar Branch of the Russian Geographical Society performed a master class for the winners teaching how to dive. "Nature is the wealth of our motherland! Cleanliness and order depend on each citizen of the Republic. We would like to express our gratitude to the Ministry of Ecology for holding such contests and campaigns and for the possibility they provide to show ourselves and our projects", acknowledged winners of the contest.

            As a reminder, the contest organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan started on May 20th, the Volga Day. In order to participate, it was necessary to make an original photo of the Volga River and create a slogan on careful attitude and protection of the main river of our country - the Volga River.  Any citizen of the Republic could participate in the contest. The contest was held in the social media. The "ECOVOLGA-2016" contest was won by the Instagram account labishka_village.
