Ecological specialists are estimating the damage inflicted on nature - "black diggers" were caught in Pestretsy district

Another violation was revealed in Togashevo of Pestretsy district.According to the citizens, special machinery was operating at the site (a truck, a KAMAZ tip truck, and an Amcodor loader) removing tons of sand.In the course of the raid, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Cis-Kama Territorial Department confirmed the fact of the violation of Article 7.3, part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Use of mineral resources without a license) - in order to ensure regional ecological surveillance on the territory of Kazan, a total of 14 state inspectors were sent on an official journey from local departments of the Ministry of Ecology to exchange experience. Considering the signs of criminal liability, according to Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the machinery, namely Amcodor loader, is retained at the parking lot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Pestretsy District of the Republic of Tatarstan.
