Ecological specialists revealed in the course of the raid a factof restricted access to the water body in Buinsk

Inspectors of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an ecological raid in Buinsk.The fact of restricted access to the coastal area of the water body (a dam) of Nurlaty rural settlement of Buinsk district was detected in the course of inspection in the form of mounted wooden poles with metal wires, as well as concrete blocks, and an access barrier. The limits are set to 3-5 m from the waterline. An administrative protocol was drawn up to that extent according to Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Failure to comply with the obligation to provide citizens with free access to the public water body and its coastal area".
