For long-term dedicated work and merits in the field of environment protection, Head of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilkham Sabirov, was awarded with a badge of merit "For the flawless service in favor of Kazan". It was given by the Mayor of Kazan, Ilsur Metshin. As a reminder, Ilkham Sabirov has been the Head of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2012, and before that he headed Ecological Police Department.
