Unauthorized removal and transfer of the fertile soil layer was revealed in the course of the helicopter overflight.

Ecological specialists carried out helicopter overflight over the territories of Buinsk, Kamskoe Ustye, Tetyushi districts of the Republic to reveal violations of the nature protection legislation. In the course of the overflight, Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fayaz Shakirov together with inspectors of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department in Kamskoe Ustye district, Malue Saltyki village, registered the act of unauthorized removal and transfer of the fertile soil layer (the fertile soil layer was loaded using "Belarus 82.1" machinery, plate No. 5073 MM16). The area amounted to 20 sq.m., depth - 30 cm. Inspectors drew up a protocol on the administrative violation  according to Article 8.6 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Unauthorized removal or transfer of the fertile soil layer".
