Piles of waste were detected in Almetyevsk by ecological specialists An administrative investigation is carried out.

A landfill of 1 ha in area was detected by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a raid conducted in the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign. Piles of production waste were detected on the territory of the company Internettrade LLC on 39/2 Ob'ezdnaya tract str. in Almetyevsk. In the course of the inspection it was found out that the company had also littered the adjacent territory of 200 m2 in area.

“We have already started work on cleaning of the territory and we are planning on removing the waste”, tried to find excuses the company's representatives.

Nevertheless, waste piling at the unauthorized site violates the legislation. In such a way, ecological specialists initiated administrative proceedings against Internettrade LLC according to Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of municipal rules for beatification of the territories of communities and municipal units, as well as municipal waste management rules") and Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to comply with ecological and sanitary&epidemiological requirements in the course of management of production and consumption waste, the substances destroying the ozone layer, as well as other hazardous substances").
