Ecological specialists and representatives of the business community participated in beautification of the territory of a boarding school in Kazan in the framework of the International Day of Mother Earth

The events devoted to the Spring Week of Kindness and the International Day of Mother Earth celebrated on April 22, were held today in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan organized meetings and joint campaigns with the representatives of public, business community and institutions of culture and education. On the initiative of the Ministry and under the auspices of the Parallax company,  a practical nature protection campaign on landscaping of the green recreation area was held on the territory of a specialized correctional secondary boarding school No. 4 of Kazan for children with musculoskeletal disorders. "Such joint campaigns, when those tho are stronger take care of those who need it, allow to reveal the best in people, while careful attitude to nature is developed in children, and labor skills are acquired", acknowledges Elena Gilmizyanova, the leading specialist of the Department of Ecological Education and Interaction with Public Organizations under the Ministry of Ecology. "It is now a good tradition for our company to help various children's organizations and elderly people.  As for the territory of the boarding school, we arrange the garden - we clean it from litter and old trees, and we plant bushes along the main road. Our helping hands include fellow workers of the company, representatives of the administration and pupils of the boarding school", told Director of Parallax - the initiator of the campaign at the boarding school. 

Administration of the boarding school, pupils and alumni, fellow workers of Parallax and ecological specialists put in order a large territory of the institution, planted young plants (50 pieces) of spirea and barberry acquired by Parallax that is a social partner of many educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan pursuing a consistent policy for the development of civic engagement, upbringing of patriotism and high quality career guidance of the young generation.
